This is how it was resolved. I had to create a new profile for each user and then they were able to send/Rec email gain. Not sure why i had to do that, if someone can tell me i'll issue the points.<br />

That might be difficult.. Rebuilding a profile however is often a fix for a lot of things. Profiles are notorious for corruptions...!<br />
If you dont want to assign points then you can just accept your answer...

After a server restore SBS2003 SP2 users can login just fine outlook opens and is connected but no email is coming in. The email is arriving at the post office but not getting tothe email box in Outlook. &nbsp;If the use OWA they can see it.

After server rebuild No email comes into Outlook email box
