Client started to have this issue about a week ago. She would get emails forwarded to her from other people within the company but from other locations and when she tries to forward the email again, the email would be blank to the person she tries to forward to. Not even her signature will show up in the email. I have reformatted her computer and reinstalled Windows XP Pro with SP3 and have applied the latest updates form Microsoft to go with it. Also I installed the complete version of Microsoft Office 2003 with the latest service pack and updates.
What do you recommended that I do now?
