Microsoft, Outlook, 2003 (11.8217.8221) SP3, Fresh install with latest updates - Forwards blank emails

Experts,

Client started to have this issue about a week ago. She would get emails forwarded to her from other people within the company but from other locations and when she tries to forward  the email again, the email would be blank to the person she tries to forward to. Not even her signature will show up in the email. I have reformatted her computer and reinstalled Windows XP Pro with SP3 and have applied the latest updates form Microsoft to go with it. Also I installed the complete version of Microsoft Office 2003 with the latest service pack and updates.

What do you recommended that I do now?

Hello plopandic,

If you have AVG or another antivirus program, such program can cause Outlook to show blank email.  Temporarily disable AVG or antivirus program and test.

I will give this a try and post an updates, but there are no attachments in any of the emails. And its not even every single email either, it's just random emails.  By the way we are using McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0.0i with the latest patch and scan engine. Updated as of Nov / 17 / 2008 6:10pm.

Same thing happened again with McAfee turned off. Do you think her mailbox is corrupt on our Exchange server?

Random problems are difficult to find.  If only one user is having the problem, then it could be a corrupt mailbox.  Create a new Outlook profile or new Exchange profile.

I have created a new Outlook profile and I am waiting to hear from the user. I don't really know what you mean by create a new Exchange profile. Do you want me to remove the mailbox from our Exchange server?

Dipesh, I mean to create a new Window account, which is like creating a new Exchange mailbox.

Still no luck.. This issus started off with one person sending out blank email and now its spread to another user. I think theres something wrong with our Exchange server, I will post a solution if I figure something out..
