exchange is unavailable, ouitlook not connected

the connection to microsoft exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action
I have one user(out of 50 or so) who lost his connection to outlook. I cannot connect either on that pc or another using that user's logon. I can connect to outlook under different user name on both machines.

Check the Connections through EMC, in the past when we had this problem restarting the Exchange services was our only option. The user has established too many sessions with Exchange and therefore Exchange denies the connection attempts from this user until they are closed.
