enterprise manager: clearing a table

how can i clear a table with enterprise manager? i dont to delete the the table .. just delete all clear all records .. should be an easy question .. i'm not really look for a query .. but more for a menu option in enterprise manager .. i found the delete in the menu .. but i think that is delete table function.

there is no menu option for that in sql 2000 enterprise manager

really .. hmm .. ok .. only with a query then?

with what query can i delete all records .. and where can i drop that query?

Either:

TRUNCATE TABLE tablename

Or, if that doesn't work:

DELETE FROM tablename

when you have selected the table, check out the tools menu -> query analyser.
it will be connected to the same database, and you simply run the statements suggested by ScottPletcher
