SSRS 2005: Is there a way to hide report items only when printingn the report?

Hi all,

I am just wondering if this is possible? I don't suppose it is because I can't find any documentation on it, but I thought I should try. Basically, I have a button which does some functionality within my report- but I do NOT want the button to print when users print the report.

Is there a way to hide the button only for printing the report or possibly some other workaround?

All of your help and suggestion is greatly appreciated!!!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Unfortunately, reporting services does not return any kind of feedback as to what action the user has taken (such as printing/exporting the report) which would allow you to set the Hidden property on certain objects. Might be possible in SSRS 2008 but I haven't spent any time looking at that yet.
