Does anyone know how to automatically update (synchronize) Windows briefcases?

I would like to automatically have my briefcases sync without my having to manually do so.  Anyone know how?

Windows Briefcase is not automatic (at least not so far as I know). I have long used XP Briefcase and am now using Vista Briefcase. If your files are supported by offline files, consider using it. Offline files can synchronize automatically at logon or log off.

Sorry, I'm a bit slow.  Is Offline Files a program, a Windows XP Pro feature, or what?  How do I use it?
