I used ADSIEdit, go to Configuration, Configuration, Services, Microsoft Exchange, First
Organization, Administrative Groups, Exchange Administrative Group, Servers, Servername, Information Store, First Storage Group.  Then on the right hand pane, highlight the Public Folder Store and Delete it.

I did this and was able to get further when runnin exsetip /mode:uninstall i got further but now it stops at mailbox server role at 22% with the following error

Configuring Microsoft Exchange Server

    Mailbox Server Role              ......................... FAILED

ld have been caused by user input or by the Active Directory server being unavai

zen. you coulda just continued on the other post.

anyway, if you want to wipe out your entire exchange 2007 and start over from scratch

delete the Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT). the whole container

dont try to uninstall exchange 2007, just format the server and start over. if you installed exchange 2007 on a server you cant wipe, might have to reinstall to uninstall.

try that out and let me know what happens.....
