Netpilot Dns Error

Ok this is very confusing so i will try and be simple

they have two offices one in london and one in shenfield

the office in london can get on and it works with the proxy settings in for the london netpilot

the shenfield office cant get on with the proxy settings in it comes up with.

The following error was encountered:

Unable to determine IP address from host name for
The dnsserver returned:

Name Error: The domain name does not exist.
This means that:

 The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
 Check if the address is correct.

Becuase they are liked over vpn you can put the proxy settings of each office in any office.

if i put the proxy settings from london in the shenfields pcs it works fine ?

please help.

    FIXED !!!

    I added bts dns into the net pilot and its all working fine :)
