HI We are trying to work out where exactly, HP have locked the windows image down. Certain features on the thin client such as "run" and "My Computer" have been removed from the User profile. I have checked GPEDIT local policy and its not in effect. Does anyone know how to customise the XPE image? The Thinclient model is HP 2533t

You must edit default profile. Easy way to do so is to delete existing and create new one (where My Computer and Run will be visible). Log on as administrator and do procedure... Of course, you will need to unlock computer if it is locked.
