A user had to use a ledger size page one time recently in Word.  Now it's defaulting to that size every time she opens Word, and she has to manually change it back to Letter size every time.

Do a search on her hard drive for all instances of  Search hidden files.  Either rename or delete it.  That should do the trick.

At a blank document, go to File, Page Setup.  Select the paper size you want it to be.  Click the DEFAULT button down at the bottom left.

If these ideas don't work, post back and we'll see what we can do.

Option 2 worked...didn't try option one.
