Remote Access with voice communication (VOIP or fixed line service)

Hi all

        We, as a training provider has got learners all over UK and would like to implement a kind of mentoring system to more effectively manage and help our learner who is taking an online course with us. Since our learners are taking basic IT courses, we need a more flexible and easy mentoring system or software that includes



"      Remote Assistance to their PC's
"       Text chat
"      Online VOIP-based voice conversations
"      Call me back
"      Saving of chat conversations to a file/database (to evidence support of a learner)
"      Possibly saving of VOIP conversations (although this may or may not be useful)
"      Call-centre type control dashboard, so one can see calls coming through, and pick them up

We had a look at logme in reach, but they do all the above except the voice bit, since we need to use the text and voice chat for our evidence purposes, we need to record them as well..

 can anyone recommend a software that does all the above? we are not constrained in terms of money for the above project.
