Event ID 29 - W32Time error on Windows Server 2003 PDC

I just can't make this error go away.  Any suggestions?

Description:
The time provider NtpClient is configured to acquire time from one or more time sources, however none of the sources are currently accessible.  No attempt to contact a source will be made for 15 minutes. NtpClient has no source of accurate time.

Make sure your PDC is setup with a reliable external time source. On the link below there is a reg file that you can import into your PDC to configure all the correct configurations for an external time source.
