We are installing some new computers in our Small Business Server Domain. I am taking the plunge and going with Vista Business instead of XP.
We connect to Medical Manager from our Windows domain to Medical Manager which resides on a CentOS server. Are there any issues with using Vista and a telnet program that anyone is aware of?

No. You should have no trouble using the built in or any 3rd party telnet applications in Vista. I have used both the one included in vista and I have also used PUTTY. They both worked great.
I hope this helps. Good luck.
