Need to format machines while sending it to another location. Want a very secure way of formatting. Need a fast way.

What hard drive you have ?you can also get a low-level utility from the manuf web site. For example, if it is a Maxtor you can go to www.maxtor.com and get their utility and perform a low-level on the drive. It may or may not fix the bad sectors
