Need help debugging an Appcrash

When opening Wordperfect - after about 10-15 seconds a popup from Windows comes up saying that "Word perfect X4 has stopped working" and the error is as follows:

The problem is that I can't open the program successfully at all any longer!  Also this is affecting multiple workstations, but not all of them right now...

Anyone have any comments?

The application crashes right after clicking the exe shortcut.... I'm baffled.

Additionally the Administrator account seems to open the program just fine, however when logging into the PC via the domain user - the program APPCRASHES immediately...

RESOLVED internally.... This was caused by the COREL "Messages" folder under the %appdata% folder.

This is a good one to note as Corel has not yet updated this to their knowledge base.
