Internet Explorer Script Error

This error just started this morning and keeps asking if I want to run scripts, yes or no......Yesterday we did a Vista Service Pack 1 update, did a disk cleanup and defragged.

Today, Yahoo Messenger wouldn't open, so I re-downloaded it and it works.
Outlook 2007 was opening a word document for no apparent reason when you opened the program.  I checked to see if there were additional Vista updates and there was one.....which I ran and the Outlook problem was solved.

There is also the scripting error that occurs any url that you go to:

internet explorer script error
line 292
char 1
code 0
object doesn't support this property or method  url:{bbcace00-9ee6-11dd-913b-001bfcb509a0}&egsource=egkw110

This is the only thing I haven't figured out how to solve and it is really getting difficult to get to any page on IE because you have to answer "no" to running scripts as many as 5-7 times before it quits and then when you go to the next page or link, it starts again.

The Internet Explorer is V 7.0.6001.18000
Cipher Strength 256 bit
Update Version: 0

I don't know whether I should try to reinstall IE as there are no updates available thru Windows Update....I've done them all and it's current.

Any suggestions?

After further review of the browser, I discovered that a toolbar had installed itself that was unwanted and unknown how it got there.  I uninstalled it and all the scripting errors resolved.
