I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you want to do this in the FUTURE, you canset up triggers to track it.

To find out in the PAST, you need a log analysis tool.  And it will work ONLY if the DB is in Full recovery mode.

3rd-party.  I think this will do it for you: http://www.red-gate.com/products/SQL_Log_Rescue/index.htm  And Red Gate is a very respected vendor.

I have not. When I tried it for 2000, their support was good ... I'd ask them.
