exchange 2003 - owa problem

I am able to connect to our owa server from internet explorer.   But, when I try to login, it just hangs there.  I am able to check my email from outlook.

Please advise where I should start checking.  I have already reboot my owa server but it did not seem to help.

    1) Check the event logs

    2) Check IIS logs
