I am connected to the network. I can click on send/receive and receive email. But I am not able to access the shared folders or add an &quot;out of office&quot; message since outlook is operating on offline mode. <br />

I am connected to the network. I can click on send/receive and receive email. But I am not able to access the shared folders or add an "out of office" message since outlook is operating on offline mode.

Outlook on laptop remains in offline mode.
