I am connected to the network. I can click on send/receive and receive email. But I am not able to access the shared folders or add an "out of office" message since outlook is operating on offline mode.

Is there a way to switch to online mode?

Thx.

Click on the offline icon on you right hand side bottom of outlook interface. Then select "workoffiline" again, it will get you back online.

Or simply go "File" -> "work offline"
