Programmatically retrieve browser history

I need to be able to programmatically retrieve the browser history from a workstation. All our machines run only IE, so I only need to be able to do this for IE. Are there files or registry keys that I can ready to get this information?

There is no History directory in the Local Settings directory within any of my user's profile directory. Is there anywhere else that the history might be?
