Programmatically retrieve browser history

I need to be able to programmatically retrieve the browser history from a workstation. All our machines run only IE, so I only need to be able to do this for IE. Are there files or registry keys that I can ready to get this information?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing.
