Email tracking tools?

Experts,

I am running a exchange sever 2003, with outlook 2007 and 2003 clients. In a pure windows server 2003, xp, vista environment.

Other then using exchange system manger email tracking tool, where it only shows that the message has been sent, can anyone recommend any products, hopefully freeware, that help trace the email, if it gets stuck in junk email filter, firewall and such. I have see some prodcuts like MSGTAG, but is there anything else?

Ok, i quickly looked over the links you provided, but these really only refer to what i can see and monitor on my internal exchange server. I am looking for message tracking information after the message has left my exchange server. I have one client that keeps saying they are not receiving my messages, i would like to see if i can get any information at all if the message was blocked via THEIR firewall, AV, spam filter, never made it there..or was delivered successfully but just never opened. As i used as a reference MSGTAG lets you know if the email was opened with out the recipient even knowing or having to provide a read receipt. That alone will provide some indication that it was received but wanted to see if anyone can provide other products like this, or hopefully ones that can give even more information.
