Can't connect to Nortel Contivity VPN client through Linksys wrt55ag broadband router

HI I am unable to connect to my company's VPN using the Nortel Contivity VPN Client  when going through my Linksys wrt55ag router.  I did test the laptop to be wired directly to the cable modem and i connected with the vpn client just fine.  I do have the VPN passthru enabled for all 3 drop downs in my router config ( PPTP, L2TP and IPsec ).

I have had such suggesitons to add to a DMz, mask or clone my MAC Address of machine to resolve issues with NAT?  Anyways any help is appreciated as I am not geting anywhere with the chat support from Linksys.

Thanks,
Phil

What error are you getting when you try to connect?   Any logs to check for clues?

If this is going to a Nortel VPN Router you have to set up a User group on the VPN side with NAT enabled.
I think the Auto-detect NAT option is the correct choice for most cases.

What was the fix for the problem?
