Everytime I start Outlook 2007, the BCM installation wizard starts. How can I disable the wizard. (I don't want BCM).

Go to Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > and remove  Business Contact Manager.  It is it's own entry

The PC is running Vista. Under Programs & Features BCM is showing as installed, because it isn't. I want to stop the installation wizard.

There isn't an option to uninstall it? It IS installed by default I believe, what it wants is for you to configure it by using the wizard.  You just need to get rid of it and the wizard will stop coming up
