mail stuck in Delivery Exchange 2003  Queue

I just brought up an Exchange 2003 Server on my network and I get mail, but it is getting stuck in the delivery queue and not getting to the office 2003 client.  All the prpoer services are started.

    delivery queue is for outgoing
    incoming do not use queue...

    so, let's start from beginning again.

    can you write an email to your internal user (from user A to user B) ? (you should)
    can  you write an email to your external user , if you can't, is that email domain resolvable or not...

    I can write email from user a to user B, and yes I think the email domain is resovable.  The domain is

    check the message stuck in the queue and start to see what the message lead you to ..
    upload the logs or screenshot....
