I would like to be able to export the design of a table to Excel for documentation purposes, or maybe to make additional notes on each table entry.  I don't want to export that actual data.  is there a way to do that.  Cut and Paster from Design View doesn't seem to work.

    Accepted Solution

How about using Tools>Analyse>Documenter to display the table structure, then click on the 'Analyse it with Excel' button to export to Excel. Will need a bit of tidying up, but should basically give you what you need.
