Additional Delegated mailbox did not open for the shared users?

We have Exchnage 2007 Server installed on Win 2003 OS, the Clients are using Outlook 2003.
The proble we are experiencing is when we deligate a mailbox etc of User A for User B, the user B is unable to expand the Mailbox and reviced the error " Unable to Open.... ".

But I have work on win 2003+Exchnage 2003 environment there it works, and even we have an option for assiging prmission was abvailable in AD for Exchange 2003 server but the same is not available for 2007.

Any Clue ??

you might want to check http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996343.aspx to assign permissions.
