Unable to build OLAP cube with Project Server 2003

Hi
I am using Project Server 2003 SP2a with SQL and Analysis 2005 with 9.0.3282 version.
I have Application, wss and Analysis on box1 and SQL database on box2.
I have installed hotfix921115\921116 to build OLAP cube with Analysis 2005 and followed steps in KB921116. When I initate cube building process, status shows as initiated and it never changes. I could see .xml file is generated and moves very quickly from view drop folder.
I have tried deleting and creating COM+ objects for OLAP and feel all permissions are accurate.
I could see following errors in application log.

Appreciate your help.
