How to block/unblock the IP or IP rages in Windows 2003 Firewall? Could anyone plz help me?

You can't do it with the Windows 2003 firewall. But there are other ways to block IP address is Server 2003, like using RAS.

Are you trying to block internal IP adresses (within your organization), or public IP adresses (internet).

You have several options.

You could use the existing Windows Firewall. But it's clumsy, as it only allows you to block IP addresses based in specific ports (TCP or UDP). Therefor, you'll be forced to create many rules for the same IP address. Here's a screen shot on where you can define a rule to block a range of IP addresses.

Another option, is to use IPSec, and define a policy to block incoming traffic from a specific range or IP addresses. The down side is it requires a little more reading and understanding. But I feel that it's worth the trouble as you'll be able to define much better filtering policies.
