Encryption key bit length

After applying settings to IIS for ssl can I go back in and change the bit length?  If so, where do I go can't seem to find it.

    The bit length is determined by the key you installed.  You will need a new key to change the length.

    The bit lenght is depending from your SSL certificate.
    You can change the certificate from your IIS virtual directory.
