Multiple Fields for One Parameter

I have three fields coming from the database.

1. Secondary Solicitor
2. Primary Solicitor
3. Volunteer Solicitor

I created one parameter and the user will choose either one in the drop down.

How can I combine all three fields in the select expert?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't really understand the Q.

What are entering in the parameter? a field name? a solicitor name?

Are you trying to enter one solicitor name and select records where that name is in any of the 3 fields?

Sorry, I probaby didn't explain this properly.  See Attached Example
So that't a Yes to my Q:
"Are you trying to enter one solicitor name and select records where that name is in any of the 3 fields?"

In that case you set up a selection rule which is something like :

if {table.primarysolicitor} = {?Param}
or {table.secondarysolicitor} = {?Param}
or {table.volunteersolicitor} = {?Param} then
