upload video to YouTube from flash

i could just try this but i'm being lazy i guess.
flash can upload to a server - is it possible to upload a file directly to YouTube, that then links to that video on the youtube site? can't get a crossdomain file onto youtube server so that might be an issue.
ideas, comments?

YouTube do have an API, you can read about it here:

Regarding the crossdomain.xml, I'm not sure the API will have one, but if not then you'll need to write your own 'proxy' code (for example asp or php) that sits on your domain.
