I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

When the site declines to show you a page it usually means an authentication failure

Sorry guys although im not an expert it is a bit more complicated than i put in my question

its an NLB cluster
DNS is hosted externaly     (i think its more likley here wher ethe issue is)
aftera little change thanks to the link from arcee123  it works as expected in ternally  (choosing all unassigned rather than the new ip address)
