How can I read the contents of a stored procedure by query?

Last Modified: 2012-06-21
At some point,  I had written a piece of code that I think use ADOX and allowed me to retrieve the contents of a stored procedure.  I lost the technique and have so far not been able to find it.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Also an Oracle  version of such a query would be great also.
