Windows 2000 Server, Windows Vista Ultimate, can't join domain

I walked into a strange situation. The Windows Vista Ultimate computer (there are 4 of them actually) cannot join the domain. Every time I make an attempt, an error pops up saying it can't possibly because the system is already on the domain. I'm not sure what information you need, but I need help! ISA errors are the onloy thing popping up on the server, but they're technically not using ISA. Let me know what information you need from me to troubleshoot.
