"Server refused our key" but still works fine
Hi followed few of our (EE) suggestions to setup my plink from window xp it works fine...Thanks to EE
but for some reason I still get error/warning saying "Server refused our key"
Please advise how I can resolve this error message

You've mispelt "authorized_keys", from your last screenshot, you can see the file you have created is "authroized_key"
It can refuse one key and let you in with another private key you have.

I renamed all my public key files on the server but still it is letting me connect and execute sh cmd.(with the warning msg)

Maybe plink.exe has -v parameter as ssh in UNIX.
I suspect password saved or smth like that.
About auth failures - there is one holding root account who will be helpful enough to sort out problem without exposing too much of systems private parts in internet forums.
