I have a bunch of linux ESX systems, and I have disabled ssh root login.

I would like to use my account to create/edit/modify user accounts.
In windows I would just add my user to the "Administrators" group.

How do I do this in Linux?

I do not want to make my account root with the UID, as when I did this, it thinks I am root, and will not allow me to ssh.
