Deny All file permission set, now can't do anything with the file!

Hey,

Today while I was trying to get some work done my virus scanner kept kicking off and ruining my processor usage. After killing it a few times and trying to rename it while I got my work finished I ended up setting a 'Deny All' permission to 'Everyone'. This did the trick nicely but now the problem is I can't remove the permission >.< I had a vague memory of doing this before and being able to take owner and it let me change the permissions back but I must have been mistaken because I could take owner alright but permissions are still all greyed out.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks,
Jay
