What is the best way to add a second Front End Server

Our Current OWA design is as follows: 1 EXFE server serving up the page for our entire organization. One ISA 2004 Server in the DMZ that listens for OWA traffic and allows it through. Do to certain growth in the organization I would like to standup a second FE server to run owa and loadbalance between the 2. My thinking is that I should be able to stand up a new FE server and add a DNS entry for the new FE server. Where I am somewhat confused is how will I be able to duplicate the default website settings from the old server to the 2nd server and how do I go about using the same URL for both servers.
