Failed e-mail delivery 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550 - '5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Not Permitted

Out Exchange server is failing to recieve e-mails off only a single domain.

when e-mails from gekk.co.uk are sent our server seems to reject them with the following error bounced back-
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Final -Recipient : rfc822; mark.latham@gekk.co.uk
Action: Failed
Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
Remote-MTA: dns; [81.149.185.163]
Diagnostic-code: SMTP; 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550- '5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Not Permitted' (Delivery attempts: 0)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have implemented some anti-spam solution? Maybe it is checking for reverse DNS records available (or this is configured into Exchange) and therefore rejected...

You are not resolving gekk.co.uk correctly. The IP resolved is for merchantrentals.co.uk and not gekk.co.uk. And since relaying is prohibited...
Clear your cache (ipconfig /flushdns) on your server and any other caching server. Then is not resolved correctly, as for my info the mx records remain on:
mx00.1and1.co.uk. 4407 IN A 212.227.15.134
mx00.1and1.co.uk. 4407 IN A 212.227.15.150
For testing, you can hard code these mx records in your DNS server for gekk.co.uk and if this works... find the root cause of this mis-resolving (don't keep the hard coded mx records to avoid later changes your are missing then).
sorry, i am not allowed to give the correct domain name. (its not gekk.co.uk)
the MX records for both companies are pointing to the right place and we are getting e-mails from everyone else but just not from this one comapany.

When our GFI mail filter is enabled it tells us that it is getting the incoming SMTP data but not the Full mail.
Exchange also has an exclusion list which can be specified either by IP address or domain name.  Have a quick look to make sure the list is clear and let your anti-spam software handle that bit.
No, nothing in there relating to thie incoming e-mail address.
We have tried it with the anti-spam enabled as well as disabled and they still get the same bounce back.
Do you have enabled in Exchange 2003..
1. Connection Filtering
2. SMTP Filtering
3. Content Filtering
Can you disable this?
