Where can I get a complete list of hotfixes

My boss want's a  complete  list  of every hotfix, every   update,  every  security update  ever  released  by  microsoft  I was  wondering  If any of  you  can  point me  to  a  list  that can  be downloaded  anywhre

Practically this is not possible as you would be only knowing which version of OS you are installing and which updates are bundled in the OS. Another way of knowing the applicable patch and HotFix is as below:

1. Install a OS on the System and disable connectivity to internet.
2. Then Right Click on My Computer then select Properties. From there Select Automatic Updates Tab and then over there select the option Notify me by don't automatically download or install them.
3. Now complete the connectivity to internet and keep the system connected to internet for some time. (Approximately 1 hour)

If the Operating system is above Windows 2000 it would give a list of available hot Fix and Updates by click on the Yellow Icon on right handle bottom corner, near the clock, after double clicking on it. There you get the required list of available Hot Fix and updates.
