Problem with CreateObject("MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP") Status 422 Unprocessible Entity

Last Modified: 2013-11-07
I have an old Visual Studio 2003 app where I post results to another web page (which is maintained by somebody else) . I can enter the url directly in my browser and it works fine but if I try it in code I get the status of 422. Any help would be much appreciated. I have tried searching for a possible solution with no luck.
With objHttpRequest
                'Open URL Posting Data
                .Open("POST", "http://shopmax.soma-id.com/cads_plan_logger", False)
                .setRequestHeader("Content-Type", "application/x-www-form-urlencoded")
                'Check URL Exists
                Dim AppUrlExists As Boolean = (.Status = 200)
                If AppUrlExists = False Then
                    'If it does not exist raise error
                    Err.Raise(999, , "Recording Page Could Not Be Found")
                End If
            Catch ex As Exception
                'Display Error Message
                DisplayErrMessage("Error Recording Information - " & ex.Message.ToString)
            End Try
        End With 'objHttpRequest
        objHttpRequest = Nothing
