My USB drive won't show up??

Hi there, we seem to have a problem with accessing the USB drive on one of the computer at my workplace.  What happens, is when I insert the USB key, the computer browses all the pictures.
However, the USB it doesn't show up on my computer folder or windows explorer.
How can I overcome this problem??

Sounds like it may have been disabled using group policy.

But if that's the case, it's the type of setting that doesn't disappear when you disconnect from the domain.

e.g. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555324

So, in the registry, look at
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR

On the right side look for a key named Start... set its value to 3
(4 = disabled)
