How do I solve a winlogon.exe - error application?

Dear hewittg:
My problem appears only when I reboot my PC, the message error I get is:
"winlogon.exe - Application Error
unknown software exception (0xc0000096) in the address 0x5b1511fo"
Because this problem appeared after I installed Quick Time and ACDSee v.6, I unistalled both,
but the problem was not solved.
I send you an attached file that shows where ar in my PC the winlogons.

Dear hewittg:
As you told me above I went to http://forums.techguy.org/malware-removal-hijackthis-logs/590109-c-windows-winlogon-exe-virus.html and downloaded and registered RegCure and ParetoLogic Privacy Controls and scan my PC witht each one and also I removed the results. But unfortunately could solve not none of the problems.
Also now appears another new problem, when I boot the PC it opens with black desktop.
I send two attached file showing it, the black and the normal desctop.
So, now I have to problems, one is the bad blow out of the computer  caused for the winlogon.exe and the second to change to a black desktop.

Now it remain to solve the "winlogon.exe - Application Error

I comment something I got in URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winlogon:
"In computing, Winlogon is the component of Microsoft Windows operating systems that is responsible for handling the secure attention sequence, loading the user profile on logon, and optionally locking the computer when a screensaver is running (requiring another authentication step). The actual obtainment and verification of user credentials is left to other components. Winlogon is a common target for several threats that could modify its function and memory usage. Increased memory usage for this process might indicate that it has been "hijacked". In Windows Vista and later operating systems, Winlogon's roles and responsibilities have changed significantly"
I hope the above comment will be useful for you to enable my PC for a normal close.
