Error 0X80 with Windows Task Scheduler

We are getting random 0X80 error codes on tasks that are scheduled on a Windows 2003 R2 Sp2 server.
The jobs start back well  if we restart the computer OR if we run the job manually from CMD.
We have around 15 jobs in the task scheduler and they are giving this error from time to time randomly.

Is there a fix for this issue or mayne an alternative of the WIndows Task Scheduler?

Thank you,

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Any more info in the task scheduler log?

Under what account is the task run under?

No more info in the log unfortunatly.
It is running with a domain admin account that only me knows the password and never got locked in the last months.
We also tried to run it with a different account and we got the same random issue
Could try using system account just for yuks:
