select ts server in farm to start application

Hi!
not that long ago, I found an application which could be run on a workstation and force what terminal-server in a farm that a citrix-application is runned on. this would be great for testing purpouses. I lost the link to the webpage where this tool where located, anyone that knows what tool I'm talking about?

no it was a third party program where you had a list of the normal app list published on the pnagent, however you could choose what server the program was started on. so like a pnagent but you could choose server

hmm program neighberhood. I see it can be done, however I did not get seamless, passthrough workin and it would be much better if it was just as easy as the pnagent.

hmm in program neighberhood I was still load balanced to another server than I spesified.
