Nortel MICS PRI
We have basic knowledge on how to configure a Nortel MICS system, and have done many, including a few PRI's. The problem is, outbound long distance calls quit working a few days ago. The system, a Nortel MICS with PRI interface, has been inplace and working, without change, for over a year. Our carrier, CBeyond, is telling us when a long distance call is being made, they see the "plan type" as "Unknown" and it should be "National".
I've researched, and researched, and can only find something about a "dial-plan" and setting "NOA=National" apparently it defaults to "Unknown" ... I can not find this type of setting anywhere in the Nortel MICS configuration settings. We do, of course, have the Protocol set to NI-2. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Can anyone please point me in the right directions?
