outlook 2003 folder size local data

hi iam using exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 . when i go to folder size local data i see that there are data in the sync fiolders .i want to know how i can empty these folder i have taken a screen shot of these folders

Typically, SYNC ISSUES indicate a problem, you should really look that those before deleting them! But the above instructions are correct.
