We have recently setup streams in dev env... and it was generating lot od archive logs that are taken backup...<br />
And we have stopped streams processes and restarted today and Now the status in v$streams_capture is &quot;WAITING FOR DICTIONARY REDO: FILE&quot;<br />

Can you please help me how to restart the process and avoid the waiting stage.<br />
