Try patching the router directly into a PC or laptop (Instead of the SBS WAN) and set the network settings to match what is on SBS WAN Interface. You should be able to get out to the Internet and run performance tests. If everything works fine, then you've confirmed that SBS is the problem. Using SBS with dual NICs is generally frowned upon.<br />
