Linked server oracle (msdaora) problem after /3GB switch boot.ini sqlserver 2005

after applying the /3GB switch in the boot.ini on our windows 2003 server (4GB MEM) with sqlserver 2005 the linked server to oracle (via ole provider MSDAORA) doesn't work anymore:
error message is in code.

before the /3GB switch it worked.
